# The Payments to the Churches Conservation Trust Order 2003, Article 4


A payment on account of the said £3,857,142 shall be made to the Trust only when the Church Commissioners have determined that the payment is an appropriate proportion of a specific sum of money needed by the Trust and are satisfied the balance of that sum will be paid to the Trust out of moneys provided by Parliament.
