# The Payments to the Churches Conservation Trust Order 2005, Article 4: Condition for payments to the Trust


A payment on account of the sum specified in paragraph 3(1) above shall be made to the Trust only when the Commissioners are satisfied that the payment is an appropriate proportion of a specific sum of money needed by the Trust and that the balance of that sum will be paid to the Trust out of moneys provided by Parliament.
