  "long_title": "This Order provides, in respect of the period from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2015, that the total amount to be paid to the Churches Conservation Trust shall be £4,065,000, comprising grants made by the Church Commissioners and moneys allocated by them out of the net proceeds of sale or exchange of churches closed for regular public worship or of land occupied by them or net premiums for the grant of leases of such churches or land. The Order also provides that the total amount can only be paid if it is a proportion of a sum needed by the Trust and Parliament has approved the payment of the balance of that sum.",
