# The Payments to the Churches Conservation Trust Order 2011, Article 4: Condition for payments to the Trust


A payment on account of the sum specified in paragraph 3 shall be made to the Trust only when the Commissioners are satisfied that the payment is a portion of a specific sum of money needed by the Trust and that the balance of that sum will be paid to the Trust out of moneys provided by Parliament.
