We, the Church Commissioners for England, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Pastoral Measure 1983, as amended by the Pastoral (Amendment) Measure 1994 and the Dioceses, Pastoral and Mission Measure 2007, hereby make the following Order:
