The Church Commissioners, in exercise of the power under section 65 of the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011^f1 and in accordance with section 9(3A) of the Church Commissioners Measure 1947^f2 and section 11(6) and (7) of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2018^f3, make the following Order:
