# The Payments to the Churches Conservation Trust Order 2023, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Payments to the Churches Conservation Trust Order 2023.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2024.
(3) In this Order, “the 2011 Measure” means the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011.
