# The Peak Rail Light Railway Order 1991, Article 11: For the protection of flood defences


Nothing in this article or in any enactment incorporated with or applied by this Order shall prejudice or affect the application of sections 28 and 29 of the Land Drainage Act 1976 and any byelaws made under that Act in relation to anything done under or in pursuance of this Order.
