# The Pedicab Operators (London) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 4: Further requirements


Before making a material change to its operating model that may affect the operator’s compliance with these Regulations or any conditions of that operator’s licence, the operator must—
(a) where such change is required by law or in the interests of safety, notify TfL immediately; or
(b) for any other change, at least 28 days before the date any such change becomes effective—
(i) notify TfL; and
(ii) obtain TfL’s consent to the change.
