Paragraph 7 Further requirements

At the time that a pedicab booking is placed with the operator, and before the commencement of a journey, the operator must provide to the person for whom the booking is made in writing—

(a)

the total agreed or estimated fare for the journey, as appropriate, pursuant to the Fares and Fees Regulations;

(b)

where relevant, the agreed fee for any additional services, pursuant to the Fares and Fees Regulations, with each of those additional services being itemised separately; and

(c)

confirmation that the person for whom the booking is made has agreed to the total agreed or estimated fee, and the agreed fee for each of the additional services.
