# Pedlars Act 1871, Section 11: Certificate not to be borrowed.


No person shall borrow or make use of a pedlar’s certificate granted to any other person, and any person who borrows or makes use of such certificate shall for each offence be liable to a penalty not exceeding level 1 on the standard scale.
