  "text": "If any pedlar is convicted of any offence under this Act, the court, before which he is convicted shall indorse or cause to be indorsed on his certificate a record of such conviction.\nThe indorsements made under this Act on a pedlar’s certificate shall be evidence of the facts stated therein.",
