The National Assembly for Wales (“the National Assembly”) has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council for Wales, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992^f1 (“the Act”), for the dissolution under section 27 of the Act of the further education corporation known as Pencoed College^f2 (“the Transferor”);

In exercise of the power conferred on the Secretary of State by section 27 of the Act and now vested in the National Assembly^f3, the National Assembly after consulting the Transferor and with the consent of the further education corporation known as Bridgend College of Technology^f4 (“the Transferee”) makes the following Order:
