Article 13 Harbour Charges

On and after the new constitution date the Trustees may, subject to the provisions of the Pennan Harbour Orders 1903 to 2014 demand, recover and receive for the use of the harbour, such sums, other than ship, passenger and goods dues, as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
