  "text": "The first Trustees appointed under article 4(1) shall hold office as follows:—\n(a) two shall hold office from the new constitution date until 31 December 2015;\n(b) two shall hold office from the new constitution date until 31 December 2016; and\n(c) one shall hold office from the new constitution date until 31 December 2017,\nas the Trustees shall specify when making each of those appointments.",
