  "text": "Pensions\nMade 25th June 2014\nLaid before Parliament 30th June 2014\nComing into force 21st July 2014\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 121(5) and (9)(b), 315(2) and (5) and 318(1) of the Pensions Act 2004.\nIn accordance with section 317(1) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.",
