  "text": "Pensions\nMade 8th March 2017\nLaid before Parliament 13th March 2017\nComing into force 6th April 2017\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 170(2), 315(2), (4) and (5) and 318(1) of, and paragraph 26(9) of Schedule 7 to, the Pensions Act 2004 and section 51(8) of the Pensions Act 2014.\nIn accordance with section 317(1) of the Pensions Act 2004, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions has consulted such persons as he considers appropriate.",
