Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund (Modification) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 6th April 2017.

For the purposes of regulation 2(2) to (4), these Regulations are to be treated as having effect from 6th April 2005.

The remaining provisions of these Regulations take effect from 6th April 2017.
