  "text": "The following table sets out in the second column prescribed periods for the purposes of the Paragraphs mentioned in the first column—\nTable\nParagraph\nPeriod\n5(1)\nwithin 3 months after the date when the valuation or certificate is signed\n6(5)\nwithin 6 months after the receipt of the proposals submitted to the Board\n7(1)\nwithin 30 days\n7(2)\nwithin 60 days\n7(3)\nwithin 30 days\n8(1)\nwithin 6 months after the receipt by the Board of—\n(a) particulars under Paragraph 7(1),\n(b) written valuation under Paragraph 7(2), or\n(c) particulars under Paragraph 7(3)\n8(3)\nwithin 3 months after the date of the notice to which Paragraph 8(1) refers or, where there is an appeal, 30 days after the final determination of the appeal\n8(4)\nwithin 6 months after the receipt of the proposals submitted to the Board.",
