  "text": "(1) Section 138F (notification of rules) is amended as follows.\n(2) The existing text becomes subsection (1).\n(3) After that subsection insert—\n“(2) Subsection (1)(b) does not apply to rules made under or by virtue of section 137FB, 333Q or 333R.”",
