  "text": "In Schedule 17 (automatic transfer of pension benefits etc), in paragraph 1—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(d), for “applicable rules” substitute “ scheme rules ”;\n(b) for sub-paragraph (6) substitute—\n“(6) In sub-paragraph (4)—\n(a) the reference to “scheme rules” is to be read in accordance with section 100B of the Pension Schemes Act 1993;\n(b) “benefits” means—\n(i) money purchase benefits other than money purchase benefits of a prescribed description, or\n(ii) benefits of a prescribed description.”",
