# Pension Schemes Act 2015, Paragraph 72


In section 174 (linked qualifying service), in subsection (1)(a)—
(a) in the opening words, for “Chapter 4 or 5 of Part IV” substitute “ Chapter 1 or 2 of Part 4ZA ”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (iii)—
(i) for “Chapter 4 of Part IV” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part 4ZA ”;
(ii) for “Chapter 5” substitute “ Chapter 2 ”.
