  "text": "(1) Article 14 (pension liberation: interpretation) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)(a)—\n(a) after “accrued rights” insert “ or an entitlement ”;\n(b) in head (ii), for “the applicable rules” substitute “ the scheme rules ”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) section 90 of the Pension Schemes Act (right to cash equivalent under Chapter 1 of Part 4ZA of that Act);”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “Chapter 5 of Part IV” substitute “ Chapter 2 of Part 4ZA ”.\n(4) In paragraph (4)(d), for “the applicable rules” substitute “ the scheme rules ”.\n(5) Omit paragraph (5).",
