# Pension Schemes Act 2017, Paragraph 11


Section 23 (continuity options) has effect as if—
(a) in subsection (2)(a)—
(i) after “2” there were inserted “ or 2A ”;
(ii) after “withdraw” there were inserted “ or refuse ”;
(b) in subsection (3)(a), after “2” there were inserted “ , 2A ”.
