  "text": "(1) Section 17 (fixed penalty notice for failure to comply with request for information) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the title, at the end insert “ etc ”.\n(3) In subsection (1)—\n(a) for “with a” substitute\n“with—\n(a) a”;\n(b) after “Part” insert\n“, or\n(b) a notice issued under section 72A of that Act (interviews), so far as relevant to the exercise of any of the Regulator's functions under or by virtue of this Part”.",
