  "text": "(1) Article 75 (offences of providing false or misleading information) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1)(a), after head (iii) insert—\n“(iiia) Article 67A (interviews),”.\n(3) In paragraph (1)(c), for “under this Order or the 1995 Order” substitute\n“under—\n(i) the 1995 Order,\n(ii) this Order,\n(iii) the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008,\n(iv) Schedule 18 to the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015, or\n(v) Part 2 of the Pension Schemes Act 2021”.",
