  "text": "(1) This Act extends to England and Wales and Scotland only, subject as follows.\n(2) Subject to subsection (4), the following provisions extend to Northern Ireland only—\n(a) Part 2;\n(b) section 117 and Schedule 8;\n(c) section 120 and Schedule 9;\n(d) section 129 and Schedule 11.\n(3) The following provisions extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland—\n(a) section 126(2);\n(b) this section and sections 131 and 132.\n(4) An amendment or repeal contained in this Act has the same extent as the enactment to which it relates.",
