  "text": "In section 80A (financial penalty for providing false or misleading information to Regulator), in subsection (2)(c)—\n(a) in the words before sub-paragraph (i), after “under” insert “or by virtue of any of the following”;\n(b) omit the “or” after sub-paragraph (v);\n(c) each of sub-paragraphs (i) to (vi) becomes an unnumbered paragraph;\n(d) at the end insert—\n“Chapter 1, 2, 4 or 6 of Part 2 of, or any provision of Part 3 of, the Pension Schemes Act 2026”.",
