  "text": "(1) In section 318 (general interpretation), in subsection (1), at the appropriate places insert—\n““key function”, in relation to a superfund, has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act)”;\n““operating superfund” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act)”;\n““operating superfund scheme” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act)”;\n““responsible body”, in relation to a superfund, has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act)”;\n““superfund” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act)”;\n““superfund group” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act)”;\n““superfund scheme” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act)”;\n““superfund transfer” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (see section 100 of that Act);”.",
