# Pension Schemes Act 2026, Paragraph 3

In section 13 (improvement notices) in subsection (7), after paragraph (i) insert—
“(j) Chapter 1, 2, 4 or 6 of Part 2 of, or any provision of Part 3 of, the Pension Schemes Act 2026.”
