# Pension Schemes Act 2026, Paragraph 4

In section 70 (duty to report breaches of the law), in subsection (1), at the end insert—
“(g) in relation to an operating superfund—
(i) a member of the superfund group;
(ii) a person who is responsible for a key function.”
