  "heading": "Repeal of existing powers",
  "text": "(1) In the Pensions Act 2014, omit the following provisions (which contain powers that have not been brought into force to make provision for the automatic transfer of pension benefits etc)—\n(a) section 33;\n(b) Schedule 17, except paragraph 15(1) (which contains interpretative provisions that apply for the purposes of Schedule 18 to that Act).\n(2) In Schedule 18 to that Act (power to restrict charges or impose requirements in relation to schemes), in paragraph 4 (interpretation), for sub-paragraph (1) substitute—\n“(1) The definitions in paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 17 apply for the purposes of this Schedule.”\n(3) In consequence of subsection (1)(b), in section 256 of the Pensions Act 2004 (no indemnification for fines or civil penalties), in subsection (1)(b), for “that Act” substitute “the Pensions Act 2014”.",
