  "text": "(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 1A (the Financial Conduct Authority), in subsection (6), before paragraph (ca) insert—\n“(cze) Chapter 4 of Part 2 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (default arrangements);”.\n(3) In section 204A (meaning of “relevant requirement” and “appropriate regulator”)—\n(a) in subsection (2), before paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ad) by or under Chapter 4 of Part 2 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (default arrangements),”;\n(b) in subsection (6), before paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ad) by or under Chapter 4 of Part 2 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (default arrangements);”.",
