  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“default pension benefit solution” has the meaning given by section 50(3);\n“eligible member” has the meaning given by section 50(7);\n“money purchase benefits” has the same meaning as in the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (see section 181 of that Act);\n“occupational pension scheme” has the same meaning as in the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (see section 1(1) of that Act);\n“pension benefit solution” has the meaning given by section 50(2);\n“pension scheme” has the meaning given by section 1(5) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993;\n“personal pension scheme” has the same meaning as in the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (see section 1(1) of that Act);\n“prescribed” means prescribed by regulations;\n“principal scheme” is to be interpreted in accordance with section 51(1);\n“qualifying pension benefit solution” has the meaning given by section 51(9);\n“registered pension scheme” has the meaning given in Part 4 of the Finance Act 2004;\n“regulations” means regulations made by the Secretary of State under this Chapter;\n“relevant scheme” has the meaning given by section 50(7);\n“transferable member” is to be interpreted in accordance with section 51(1);\n“trustees or managers”, in relation to a pension scheme, means—\n(a) where the scheme is established under a trust, the trustees of the scheme;\n(b) in any other case, the managers of the scheme.",
