  "heading": "Amendments of 2013 Act relating to scheme regulations",
  "text": "(1) PSPA 2013 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 3 (scheme regulations)—\n(a) in subsection (1), after “2022” insert “and Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026”, and\n(b) in subsection (2), after paragraph (c) insert—\n“(d) consequential, supplementary, incidental or transitional provision in relation to any provision of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026.”\n(3) In section 21 (consultation), after subsection (4) insert—\n“(5) Subsection (1) may be satisfied, in relation to provision contained in scheme regulations—\n(a) made under any provision of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026, or\n(b) made under section 3(2)(d) above,\nby consultation carried out before, as well as after, the coming into force of the provision mentioned in paragraph (a) or of section 7(2)(b) of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (as the case may be).”",
