  "text": "(1) The responsible body of an operating superfund must ensure that the superfund has adequate policies and procedures in place for monitoring whether each financial threshold is met.\n(2) Section 10 of the Pensions Act 1995 (civil penalties) applies to the responsible body if it breaches subsection (1).\n(3) See also Chapter 5 (events of concern) for the consequences of a financial threshold ceasing to be met.",
