# The Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the House of Commons 9th May 2013
Coming into force 1st June 2013
The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 281(2A) and 282(A1) of the Finance Act 2004, section 122(4) and (5) of the Finance Act 2008 and section 96(5) and (6) of the Finance Act 2009:
