  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Sharing (Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st December 2000.\n(2) In these Regulations, regulation 6 (in so far as the definitions referred to in that regulation apply to regulation 3 of the Register of Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes Regulations 1997) shall extend to Northern Ireland.",
