# The Pension Sharing (Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Sharing (Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st December 2000.
(2) In these Regulations, regulation 6 (in so far as the definitions referred to in that regulation apply to regulation 3 of the Register of Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes Regulations 1997) shall extend to Northern Ireland.
