# The Pension Sharing (Contracting-out) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2000, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Sharing (Contracting-out) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st December 2000.
