# The Pension Sharing (Excepted Schemes) Order 2000, Article 2: Exception of public service pension schemes


The public service pension schemes relating to the following offices are excepted:
Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury;
Lord Chancellor; and
Speaker of the House of Commons.
