Coming into force 7th December 1987
Whereas a draft of the Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with the provisions of section 4(1)(a) of the Pensioners' Payments and Social Security Act 1979f1 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 4(1) and (2) of the Pensioners' Payments and Social Security Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
