# The Pensioners' Lump Sum Payments Order 1987, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for a lump sum payment (Christmas bonus of £10) to be made in respect of any person to whom sections 1 to 3 of the Pensioners' Payments and Social Security Act 1979 applies in the week beginning Monday, 7th December 1987.
