# The Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1997, Article 14: Property, rights and liabilities of the Board


All property, rights and liabilities to which the Board is entitled or subject immediately before the principal appointed day shall become the property, rights and liabilities of the Secretary of State.
