# The Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996.
(2) In this Order, references to “the Act” are references to the Pensions Act 1995 and, except where the context otherwise requires, references to sections and Schedules are references to sections of, and Schedules to, the Act.
