# The Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement) (No. 5) Order 1996, Article 2


In this Order —
(a) every reference to a section by number alone means the section so numbered in the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973;
(b) all words and phrases defined in section 25D(3) and (4) have the meanings assigned by that section.
