  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been amended by S.I. 1996/2150 which is printed herein as pages 5 & 6 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of S.I. 1996/1853.\nPENSIONS\nMade 15th July 1996\nThe Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 180(1) of the Pensions Act 1995 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
