# The Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1997, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1997.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Pensions Act 1995.
