# Pensions Act 1995, Paragraph 22

In section 46 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (effect of entitlement to guaranteed minimum pension on payment of benefits), in subsection (6)(b)(iii), for “section 49” there is substituted “ section 48A or 48B ”.
