(c) in subsection (3)—
(i) paragraph (a) is omitted,
(ii) in paragraph (b), for “subsection (4) of that section” there is substituted “ section 58(4) ”, and
(iii) the words following sub-paragraph (ii) are omitted, and
(d) subsection (4) is omitted.
